Payment Methods

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers have the option to pay Taxes & Duties before hand or upon arrival, but some countries do require it before hand.

Upon arrival, if you do not pay DHL the Taxes & Duties due by your countries customs office your order will be forfeited and not refunded. Please send us an email with any questions regarding International shipping charges you're unsure about.

Cristaria world accepts merchandise exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery (excluding Custom Orders and Flash Sale Items). Items must be shipped within those 7 days. We can offer you an exchange of equal value, and will cover the return cost of shipping if you select one of these options. You can also choose to receive a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping ($5). Exchanges, credits, and returns will be issued once we have received the return item. Please allow up to 7 days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, without wear or damage, along with the return receipt & in its original packaging.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
